The staffing board is the drag-drop interface for filling positions. Open it from any event detail page with Staff This Event.
Layout
- Left: list of positions that need to be filled.
- Right: list of eligible workers, ranked by match quality.
Match quality
Each worker is color-coded by how well they fit the position:
- Green — Perfect: has the required skill and a valid certification.
- Blue — Good: has the skill; either no cert is required or the cert is current.
- Yellow — Partial: has the skill but the cert has expired.
- Red — Mismatch: missing the required skill.
- Gray: no skill requirement on this position.
Workers unavailable on the event date are faded out with a conflict note.
Staging an offer
Drag a worker onto a position — that stages them. No email is sent yet; the worker sees nothing. You can stage and un-stage freely.
Sending offers
When the event is staffed to your satisfaction, click Send Offer Emails. Every staged worker gets a single notification (email + SMS + push, depending on their preferences) with Accept/Decline links. See Sending offers.
After acceptance
Workers who accept move to Accepted. To lock everyone in and transition the event to Confirmed, click Confirm Event once the roster is complete.
