CrewCall separates staging from offering so you can iterate on the staffing board without flooding workers with premature notifications.
The two-step flow
- Drag workers onto positions — they're staged (visible only to you).
- Click Send Offer Emails on the event page — every staged worker gets notified.
What the worker sees
- Email: branded message with event details, call time, venue, a conflict warning if applicable, and Accept/Decline buttons.
- SMS (if they've opted in and verified): a short version with a single link. The link shows the same Accept/Decline page.
- Push (if they've subscribed): tap to open the same page.
First to accept wins (for bulk offers)
If you stage several candidates for the same position, whichever worker accepts first gets the shift. The others are notified that the position is filled.
Tracking responses
The event's Activity panel shows every accept / decline in real time. You're notified (in-app + email) on each response. When a worker declines, their spot opens back up and you can stage someone else.
Re-sending
Need to resend an offer because a worker's phone was down? On the staffing board, click the worker's tile → Resend offer.
