Your documents live on your profile and follow you across organizations.
Supported document types
- Tax forms (W-9, W-4)
- Identification (Driver's license, passport)
- Certifications (Scissor-lift, first-aid, union cards)
- Training certificates
Uploading
On My Documents, click Upload and pick a file. Give it a title, choose the document type, and add an expiration date if the document expires.
Expiration reminders
CrewCall sends you a reminder 30 days before any dated document expires. Expired certs show up red on your profile and may reduce your match quality on events that require them.
Privacy
Only admins and schedulers in your organization can view your documents. CrewCall never shares documents with other workers or with third parties.
