Standard SMS keywords work on every message CrewCall sends. Reply with one of these from the phone that received the message.
STOP
Immediately opts your number out of CrewCall SMS. We log the opt-out, disable SMS on your account, and stop sending. A confirmation SMS is sent by the carrier.
Variants also recognized: UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE.
START
Re-opts you back in if you'd previously sent STOP. We re-enable SMS on your account. The carrier sends a confirmation.
Variants: UNSTOP, YES.
HELP
Carrier-mandated help reply. Points you at this Help Center and our support email.
Variants: INFO.
What happens on our side
Every STOP / START we receive is logged in your consent history. You can view it at Account → Notification Preferences → View your SMS opt-in/out history.
Note
Opting out via STOP applies only to SMS — email and in-app notifications keep working. To stop those too, adjust your preferences under Account → Notification Preferences.
