Quiet hours

Quiet hours tell CrewCall not to send SMS during a window you pick — useful for keeping 3 AM cancellation alerts off your nightstand.

Setting quiet hours

Account → Notification Preferences → Quiet Hours. Enable the toggle, then pick a start and end time in your local timezone.

Examples:

  • 22:00 – 07:00 (wrap-around overnight — most common)
  • 00:00 – 06:00 (same-day window)

What's affected

  • SMS — skipped entirely during quiet hours.
  • Email, push, in-app — unchanged. Those continue to deliver.

Why not all channels?

Email and push are typically silenced at the device level by your own do-not-disturb settings. SMS bypasses those, which is why we enforce quiet hours specifically for SMS.

Urgent overrides

There's no override today. If your scheduler urgently needs to reach you outside hours, they'll call.
