Syncing events to your calendar

You have two ways to get CrewCall events into your calendar.

Option 1 — Per-event "Add to Calendar"

Every assignment has an Add to Calendar button that links to Google Calendar, Outlook, Office 365, or Yahoo, and also downloads a one-off .ics file for Apple Calendar. Use this for specific shifts you want in your calendar right now.

Option 2 — Subscribe to a feed

Your full assignment list is available as a live iCal feed. Updates to events (time changes, cancellations) flow into your calendar automatically.

  1. Go to My Assignments.
  2. Copy the Subscribe to calendar link.
  3. In your calendar app, add a new calendar subscription (not a one-time import) and paste the URL.

Your calendar refreshes every few hours depending on the client. Apple Calendar tends to be slowest; Google the fastest.
