Adding workers to your roster

The typical workflow is:

Invite workers to your org via email -> Worker completes their registration -> You (or your worker) assign skills. You can use Crew-Call to assist with the onboarding process by asking workers for appropriate documentation (W-9, certifications, etc.)

Then, when staffing an event, you'll see who is available for what positions based on skill matching. You can also override skill matching which will prompt a warning.

  • Marking workers as favorites, inactive, or blocked
