Subscription and billing

CrewCall is billed monthly by your organization's subscription tier.

Tiers and what's included

See the live pricing page at Billing → Plans for current numbers. At a high level:

  • Free — a handful of workers, no SMS, no advanced features.
  • Starter / Pro / Business — progressively more workers, SMS, event templates, reporting.
  • Enterprise — custom seats, SSO, priority support. Contact sales.

Subscriptions and trials

Every paid tier comes with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start the trial; enter a card when you're ready to continue.

Changing tiers

Billing → Plans → Upgrade/Downgrade. Upgrades are immediate with a prorated charge. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. If downgrading takes you below a usage limit (e.g., too many workers), CrewCall warns you and blocks the downgrade until you resolve the overage.

Managing payment

Update your card, see invoices, and download receipts under Billing → Payment Method. We use Stripe; your card details are never stored on CrewCall servers.
